FREIGHT
For orders totalling up to $6000 freight will be added automatically to your order as you pass through checkout. These costs can also be viewed at the bottom of the shopping cart. If the total of your order is over $6000, please contact Mood Interiors and we will calculate the most affordable means of delivery. Freight costs shown apply for items to be delivered within Australia only. We do not deliver furniture items to other countries, However quotations can be provided for smaller parcels containing homewares to be delivered overseas.
Mood Interiors will organise all deliveries of items on your behalf according to the freighting policies of the individual suppliers. Mood Interiors is not responsible for the delivery of damaged furniture or late shipment. Although we will not be held responsible for any financial loss, Mood Interiors will be happy to communicate with the suppliers on your behalf to help resolve any issues that may arise.
In the event that an item arrives with some damage it is your responsibility to notify Mood Interiors within 24hours of such damage. Please provide a detailed assessment of the damage and also a clear photograph of the item. If any item arrives in a box that appears damaged on the exterior, please note this on your delivery slip when you sign for your item. This can help to determine whether or not damage occurred during transit.
If you arrange a time for delivery of your item/s please ensure that you are able to meet the delivery truck to avoid additional charges that you may incur for redelivery.
Smaller parcels will be delivered by registered Australia Post. |
